The Assignment: Develop both a consumer and business-to-business strategy that will enable Cloud9 to introduce new products and expand its market-share in the New York Metropolitan area.

The Strategy: The Group worked with Cloud9 on creating a consumer and business-to-business marketing strategy. We analyzed their internal systems and database to best determine their core customers. We conducted competitive intelligence campaigns to better understand the competition, which enabled The Highbloom Group to create two separate positioning strategies and the best marketing and advertising materials for each product or service offering.

The Result: We created a branded image, two brochures that addressed two different marketplace needs and tailored a grassroots advertising and direct mail strategy within the client’s budget. Their business prospered and Cloud9 still follows the basics of our marketing strategy to date.
