Title: Marketing & Brand Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all marketing, branding and acquisitions for GEM (GEM, Victory, Young Electric, GM Refrigeration, Etc.).
• Responsible for numerous lines of services (8 Residential Services & 11 Commercial Services).
• Manage budgets (online and traditional).
• Developed marketing collateral and promotions that cross sells all of GEM’s service lines of business.
• Develop campaign initiates and promotions that drive both marketing and tech sales leads to our internal command center for both residential and consumer marketplaces.
• Work with residential and commercial business unit trade leaders and experts.
• Collaborate with ad agencies on new media campaigns (TV & social media content).
  
• Manage vendor and dealer/co-op marketing relationships.
• Oversee trade show initiatives.
• Heavily involved in new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical acquisitions, rebranding and marketing initiatives.

The Results:

• Developed the 2023 seven-figure marketing budget and presented it to GEM’s private equity firm (HomeX Services) that also owns Universe in NY and Haller in PA.
• Achieved substantial increase in annual revenue by acquiring new clients and segmenting existing offerings to residential and commercial customers throughout MA, RI, CT and NH.
